Our Solution: Our technicians inspected the side of the door frame that had been hit, and found that the garage door track had been damaged from the car. This has been causing the door to struggle to move over it. We detached the cable and springs to remove the door, then took down the broken track. Our experts replaced it and returned the door.

Our Solution: The customer’s car was already outside, which gave us more room to work than is sometimes the case. Teasing the torsion cones off and easing the tension from the spring and spring fragments allowed us to safely remove them, oil the spindle, and then install new springs.

Our Solution: After consulting the customer on the available and suitable choices, she picked the Chamberlain B510 belt drive smart opener. The remote and wall controls came included, and the team installed the opener along with a matching G8808CB-P drive system from the same company.
